Facilities
Skydive San Diego, Inc. is a full-service skydiving facility with multiple training buildings, a bunkhouse, deluxe packing lofts, a grass landing area, a BBQ deck and patio, and incredible scenery to match! Unlike some outfits that will depart a public airport and land you in a field miles away requiring a van ride back to your friends, Skydive San Diego is set up to takeoff and land right in the same place, where your friends can watch!
PackingThere is over 8,000 sq. ft. of padded packing area at Skydive San Diego. No gnatty carpet or packing on the grass here, just shaded, padded bliss. And if that's not enough, we have packers who can do the dirty work while you enjoy a cool drink.
BunkhouseWe have four bunkrooms that accommodate four people each. For an $8/night donation, you can crash here and be on the first load in the morning! We also have hot showers available, but bring your own bedclothes and towels, as those are not supplied.

Skydive San Diego, Inc. has every size of rig and main you need. We rent Infinity Rigs with Icarus Safire main parachutes in sizes 229 - 129.
Rates are $25/jump or $80/day.
Aircraft
Skydive San Diego, Inc. hosts the newest, safest, and largest jumpships in the skydiving industry. Our Cessna Caravan holds 12 jumpers, and our flagship Twin Otter holds 23 jumpers, allowing you the opportunity to jump with your friends. No other parachute center in the world has newer planes than Skydive San Diego!
Super Twin Otter
The Skydive San Diego Twin Otters are the newest 300 Series Twin Otters in the skydiving industry, worldwide. The new design 300 series wing is rated to us 20-percent more horsepower during take-off and climb than 10 and 200 series Twin Otters, offering added safety and exceptional climb performance. Standard conditions allow 23 jumpers to reach 13,000 feet in as little as 10 minutes. STOL performance, troop-style seating, interior and exterior floater bars, cameraflier grips and superfloater steps make these competition ready aircraft the ultimate high volume jump platform.
Cessna Caravan
The Caravan is set up for jumper comfort, performance and reliability. The 675 horsepower turbine engine in the Cessna Caravan is optimized for skydiving operations and in standard conditions will take 15 jumpers to 13,000 feet in as little as 12 minutes. Front and rear floater steps, interior and exterior floater bars and an in-flight door nearly identical to the Twin Otter make this the ultimate workhorse and training machine.
Whether the load is two tandems or a group of experienced jumpers, the Caravan is the perfect jump aircraft for smaller lifts.
Parachute Equipment
Skydive San Diego, Inc. uses RWS Sigma Tandems and VSE Infinity with Icarus Canopies. These parachute systems are the latest cutting-edge technology in the skydiving industry. Each parachute is equipped with an Automatic Activation Device for added safety, and all of our Parachute Riggers are certified with the Federal Aviation Administration.
Staff
Skydive San Diego, Inc. puts thousands of first-time jumpers into the air every year. With nearly 50,000 skydives between us, our Instructors have the experience you want behind you on each skydive. Each Instructor is certified with the United States Parachute Association.
